Our online systems allow us keep a 'LIVE' stock inventory and 'trackability' of all goods in and out, orders placed and produce accurate monthly reports.

Why not discuss how we can work with you to reduce the overall cost of your companies print and communication spend?

Logo design

There is nothing more satisfying than starting your own business and seeing your logo in print or on your web site. At Mind we use a mixture of great type, a little flair and originality to create a logo that you will be proud to add to your Business card or flyer. We create these logos in 8 stages

Below is a summary of the whole design process for quick review.

1.Design Brief: Conduct Questionnaire or Interview with client to get the design brief.

2.Research: Conduct research focused on the industry itself, on its history, and on its competitors.

3.Reference: Conduct research into logo designs that have been successful and current styles and trends

that are related to the design brief.

4.Sketching & Conceptualising: Develop the logo design concept(s) around the brief and research.

5.Reflection: Take breaks throughout the design process. This lets the ideas mature and for the designer to get

   renewed enthusiasm. Receive feedback.

6.Positioning: Position yourself as a contractor or build a long lasting relationship. ie. Client orders you what to do OR

You guide client to the best solution.

7.Presentation: Choose to present only a select few logos to the client or a whole collection.

8.Celebration: Drink beer, eat chocolate, sleep, start on next logo design. Or a combination.

Moral

When given a brief, every designer interprets in their own way and if an assignment is given to 100 different designers, it would return 100 different logos, few of which would resemble each other. Though we all endlessly conjecture what makes a ‘good‘ or ‘bad‘ logo, we must remember in the end, the ultimate arbiter of logo design greatness may only be the satisfied, paying client.

If you are interested in getting a professionally designed logo, Chris is currently available for hire.

Web design

Mind Creative construct websites with a mixture of HTML, Flash, Javascript and Jquery to create websites that not only inform and are pleasing on the eye, but also engaging to to the browser and work accross all platforms and devices. Our approach is much the same as all of our projects, First we listen, then we challenge the idea to understand the brand and the concept and then research the competitors, to then submit a site worthy of any business.

Typesetting

From Magazines to Application forms and Brochures, Mind Creative set copy for a vast range of clients. Its ok to use great images but if the copy is lifeless and set out in a dull, uninspiring format the reader will soon switch off. Mind uses mathmatical layouts in In-design and is constantly looking at challenging grids to create print ready artwork that inspires.

With over 20 years in the print industry, Mind Creative understands the pitfull's that can be associated with submitting artwork to printers. Using a mixture of In-design, Illustrator and Photoshop, we layout every project to make the sure that when you deliver the artwork, it is set up with the correct resolution, has all of the images, all in CMYK and guarenteeing you a trouble free project.

As a Document Management company please remember that we can also project manage all of your print requirements, so why not also ask us

for a print quote?

Good graphic design is all about communication. And good communication equals good design!

By working directly with a designer rather than an account handler it enables clear communication

between client & designer, and that really influences the success of a project.

Chris offers a professional service and has been fantastic in offering dynamic solutions to our web marketing. He is prompt, efficient and a pleasure to work with.

New Website - JJsplay.com

visit site

Completed in Feb 2012, the JJsplay website was the natural progression from the site we first created in 2008. Designed with a mixture of HTML and Flash the site is constantly moving with bright colours and shapes to entice the user to visit the childrens play center in Basingstoke.

The site also has one of our interactive flash booklets which has been used to show of the new Jinkz Safari restaurant menu. The book allows the user to print pages, thumb through the pages and even email the pages to friends.

The booklet also includes a contact form for theuser to comment to JJsplay about their experiences. As part of this re-vamp   we are now re-designing their Nursery and 4 Kingdoms, adventure park sites.
